Hello friends,
Last time I wrote we were asking for your help with our finances. If you recall, I told you how we no longer received any grant funding for our reentry work but still believed God wanted us to continue that part of our ministry. Since The Keys began the main thrust of our work has gone on inside jails and prisons. But over the last five years working with released offenders has become a big part of what we do. However, that takes money to operate an office, transport people around, and the many other things included.
Well I am happy to give a praise report that God has come through like always. Thanks to Him, and his amazing faithful people, we are not only on track to continue the reentry piece through 2012 but have purchased a 1998 Buick Century for use in transporting our clients back and forth from the Halfway Houses and other places they are staying until getting on their feet.
I really can’t explain how we feel about how God keeps working in our ministry. We are amazed, but not surprised. Humbled, but empowered as well. Please keep praying for us!
